The business model for BTSF integrates the components of Revenue Mix, Program Costs and Effectiveness, Minimal Infrastructure and Overhead, and a Capital Structure that is executed based on our Core Values.

Our Team

Lacey Arend
Lacey is a Tulsa native. She is the visionary for the Blessings to Share C.A.R.E.S. Club. Lacey is a graduate from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and she is passionate about her faith.

Mollie Mills
Executive Director
Mollie has been working at Blessings to Share since July of 2023. Mollie is a Tulsa native. She received her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern State University (NSU) in Special Education and Elementary Education. She also received her master’s degree from NSU in School Administration. Mollie started her adult career as a Paraprofessional in a Pre-K Developmentally Delayed program at Jenks Public Schools. She’s passionate about improving the quality of life for all.

Katarina Caldwell
Assistant Director Katarina is a Tulsa native. She began working at Blessings to Share in January of 2023. She has a degree in Intercultural Studies with a minor in Social Justice from John Brown University. She’s passionate about justice and equity for all.
